Sven is handing over the day-to-day operations with full confidence. “From the very start, Filip has been a huge support in making the right decisions, both strategically and operationally,” says Sven. “He has always played a key role in our projects, building strong relationships with our clients. Filip knows the ins and outs of the business like no one else, and now I can confidently focus on the group’s long-term strategy.”
For Filip, this new position also feels like the next logical chapter in his career. “Sven and I go way back. We first met in the backstage of Tomorrowland in 2014, and our paths have crossed many times since. We understand each other well and have built a solid, trusting relationship.”
Even with these new roles, some things remain unchanged. Filip explains, “Creativity, quality, and client focus will always be our top priorities. We aim to keep surprising our clients with unique experiences, and that means continuously innovating and responding to the ever-evolving needs of the market. New technologies and sustainable events are high on our agenda.”

Filip is no stranger to the company. Following his success at Tomorrowland and Duvel Moortgat, he joined The Event Pilots as Creative Director in 2022, armed with years of experience, endless creativity, and a little black book full of top-notch food and drink spots. Together with his team, he has delivered a series of unique event concepts, consistently turning client goals into creative ideas with impact.
