In 2023, we proudly took home the BEA Award in the B2E category for the production of Atlas Copco’s Rise to the Occasion event. Over the course of three unforgettable days, our team brought together 250 international managers at Avenue (Antwerp Expo) for a powerful live experience.
Rise to the Occasion gave Atlas Copco the perfect opportunity to reconnect its global teams and align everyone around a shared vision for the future. Through strategic discussions, inspiring keynote sessions, and valuable networking moments, the focus was placed firmly on opportunities rather than challenges — creating the momentum to move straight into action afterwards.
The entire experience revolved around three key themes: Innovation & Technology, Sustainability, and Digitalization. Each day immersed guests in a different world through thematic dance performances, stunning 270° projections, state-of-the-art technology, impactful branding, interactive product expos, team-building activities, and carefully curated catering concepts. The result was an event that not only inspired, but truly connected people again — reflected in an outstanding internal satisfaction score of 9.3/10.
