Toyota Annual Business Meeting 2025
For Toyota’s Annual Business Meeting, we headed to the Brussels Expo, where Hall 10 was transformed into a dynamic event space. The programme combined a high-impact plenary and award show with a large interactive booth area. Around 600 internal colleagues and key suppliers came together to exchange insights on the company’s strategy, operations, product innovations, safety, supply chain developments, and other major updates shaping the business.

The plenary session and award show were fully supported by our technical crew, ensuring a seamless production from start to finish. We also handled the catering for all 600 attendees and coordinated the full logistics support for the event’s international guests.
The booth arena was designed as one connected experience, bringing together 18 individual booths covering a wide range of topics. Consistency and clarity in design were key throughout the space. Every booth concept was created in-house, carefully aligned with the overall event identity while tailored to the specific needs of each topic.
